Job Summary
Oversee commercial construction projects from bid phase to close-out, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while achieving high customer satisfaction and quality. Coordinate and manage bid and proposal processes; analyze project requirements and supervise contract administration, change orders, cost estimating, submittals, procurement and project scheduling. Review and administer contracts; serve as main point of contact with owners, tenants, subcontractors, architects and engineers. Train and mentor Assistant Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Building Construction, Architecture or Engineering (Preferred)
- 4 years’ experience in real estate, construction, architecture or engineering
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees
- Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
- Experience managing a team
- Knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software is preferred
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time
