Job Summary
Lead end-to-end programs and projects in the Insurance Center of Excellence, translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and delivering across technology, operations, and business teams. Drive governance, data-driven decision making, and disciplined execution while embedding risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate approvals, monitor progress with KPIs and leading indicators, and drive remediation. Streamline cross-functional workflows to improve customer experience and control effectiveness. Build, lead, and mentor teams; facilitate stakeholder alignment and tradeoffs across competing priorities. Partner with operations to align process design, controls, and service levels with delivery. Maintain clear executive status reporting and drive continuous learning and accountability. Preferred qualifications include insurance-domain experience, familiarity with Agile/Lean tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and relevant certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, CPCU/AINS/LOMA).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of program or project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, and dependencies
- Demonstrated ability to communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
- Experience embedding risk, compliance, or regulatory considerations into delivery plans and outcomes
- Proven ability to drive execution across technology, operations, and business teams
- Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and using data to guide decisions and corrective actions
- Experience with structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including consensus building and conflict resolution
