Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 10 years of construction experience, preferably in Job Order Contracts. The role involves managing construction contracts, supervising project teams, collaborating on work proposals, and ensuring compliance with MBE/WBE and EEO requirements.
Required Qualifications
- B.S in Construction Management or Engineering
- 10 years of construction experience
- Minimum of 6 years managing construction projects
- Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing Job Order Contract projects preferred
- Experience with eGordian and/or RSMeans preferred
- Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software
- Great communication and organizational skills
