Job Summary
An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought to lead high-profile projects focused on structural containment systems and ceiling installations in the building materials industry. Responsibilities encompass project planning, technical leadership, quality compliance, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a robust structural engineering background and at least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of project management experience within structural systems, building envelopes, industrial construction, or similar sectors.
- Strong knowledge of load paths, framing systems, and structural design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with US building codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret complex structural drawings and technical documents.
