Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects ranging from $15M to $40M. Ideal for proven leaders in fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects
- Proven success overseeing projects in the $15M–$40M range
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost controls
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, CMiC, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships
