We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects specializing in Job Order Contracting (JOC). This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and municipal facilities. As part of a dynamic construction team, you'll manage all JOC project phases, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in JOC or similar delivery methods.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, and scheduling software.
