Project Manager

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from planning through execution and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and operations. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, overseeing vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management. Review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance, while monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and resolve technical challenges, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements. Prepare project reports and status updates for senior management, identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 9-10 years of experience, including people management and vendor coordination. On-site role in Bengaluru with 48 weekly hours.
