Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end delivery of workplace transformation projects for life sciences clients, managing space optimization, moves/adds/changes, and facility reconfigurations while ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, and biosafety regulations. Develop comprehensive project plans with budgets ranging from $50K to $5M+, coordinating cross-functional teams including facilities, design, construction, and IT to execute seamless transitions. Serve as primary point of contact for client leadership, facilitating status meetings and managing vendor relationships to minimize operational disruption during cleanroom standards and equipment relocation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive project management experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or workplace services
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated laboratory environments
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent professional certification
