Job Summary
Review preliminary designs and calculations for bid estimates, verify pricing for materials and labor, and seek competitive vendors to ensure projects are competitively bid. Prepare change orders for customers, attend jobsite meetings, and verify installation progress while maintaining labor projections. Meet with management regularly to discuss project status and due dates, participate in turnover meetings, and assist with customer follow-up as requested. Manage projects actively in conjunction with designers and construction superintendents. This role requires three plus years of project management or fire sprinkler design experience.
Required Qualifications

- three plus years of fire sprinkler design experience from a fire sprinkler contractor
