Job Summary
Design and coordinate multiple product lines for precast concrete, determining process flow to manufacture quality products and fulfill on-time deliveries. Manage the work order process to provide accurate drawings, produce bills of materials for production, and input cost accounting into manufacturing software. Track project progress from submittal to installation via the CRM system, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Communicate manufacturing dates, order changes, and delivery requirements to customers while obtaining site specifications for dispatch and safety compliance. Prepare weekly sales reports and participate in tradeshows to improve product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated project management experience
- minimum of 3 years in a precast concrete or building materials environment
- bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
