Job Summary
Ensure targeted project margin and cash flow by coordinating project closure, obtaining acceptance certificates, and closing all associated purchase orders and contracts. Lead the project team to deliver solutions meeting defined specifications, schedule, and budget while collaborating with production, purchasing, and planning functions. Define execution strategies, allocate tasks, and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish milestones. Meet project and P&L financial targets, lead project reviews, and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status within 24 hours. Manage contract claims, procurement, and supplier negotiations while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

- Defines, jointly with the project team and all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
- Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. - Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes.
- Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
