Job Summary
Lead complex, multi-project initiatives in the digital assets and blockchain space, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and customer success to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives; identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; maintain effective communication of status, risks, and progress to executive leadership and clients. Leverage deep knowledge of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions to guide project implementation, stay informed on industry trends in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure, and drive successful outcomes in a hybrid onsite environment in Tokyo, Japan.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises
- Strong technical knowledge in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in blockchain or digital assets is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance
