Job Summary
Coordinate and provide oversight of identified large-scale projects by developing scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional teams to execute performance improvements, translating business needs into actionable plans while managing detailed project deliverables. Facilitate group meetings, gather requirements through interviews and workshops, and analyze workflows to identify gaps and root causes. Monitor project performance against success criteria, identify risks, and drive issues to resolution with transparent status updates to stakeholders. Partner with IT and operational teams to validate designs and support testing rollouts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health or social services and/or the information technology related field
- Master's Degree in behavioral health or social services related field and/or the information technology field
- Minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health or social services related field and/or the information technology field performing administrative duties, project planning, or data collection and analysis
- Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or social services related field and/or the information technology field performing administrative duties, project planning, or data collection and analysis
- Solid understanding of project management concepts, practices, and methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Certification
- Experience with project management software
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
