Job Summary
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring safety, quality, and performance. Collaborate with field leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget; lead client communication, project meetings, and coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants; review project financials, cost reports, invoices, and forecasting to ensure strong performance. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, Design-Build experience, and mentoring experience for junior staff. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects from ground-up through completion
- Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
