Job Summary
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Review plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability. Develop and manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors. Write and manage subcontracts, including scope of work and cost code alignment. Participate in estimating efforts, including takeoffs and preconstruction planning.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading construction projects from start to finish as a Project Manager
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience writing subcontracts and managing cost codes
- Exposure to estimating, scheduling, and project planning
- Proficiency in Procore or RedTeam (RedTeam preferred)
