Job Summary
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate project kick-offs with key stakeholders to review timelines, scope, and deliverables, while integrating value-added metrics into the project scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define objectives, plan activities, and mitigate risks through effective troubleshooting and corrective actions. Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned. Provide regular status updates to senior management and mentor junior staff. Occasional business travel may be required. Modivcare facilitates non-emergency medical transportation and home care to enable greater access to care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Seven (7) plus years of experience in project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure project success
- High level of proficiency and autonomy in project management
- Ability to mentor and guide junior project management staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, team members, and external partners
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Occasional business travel
