Project Manager IV (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Lead complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion, owning the successful delivery while driving scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring technical excellence and financial accountability. Report progress and risks to senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and manage project financials. Mentor entry-level Project Managers and implement continuous improvements to enhance delivery performance, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, planning, or manufacturing environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage project financials (forecasting, revenue, margin)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Executive-level communication skills with sound judgment on escalation
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise strategy
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and collaborative leadership style
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the water or wastewater industry preferred
- PMP certification preferred
