Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Business Operations driving ERP initiatives from requirements to delivery using hybrid Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Responsible for translating ERP requirements into development sprints, coordinating cross-functional teams including programmers, testing, data visualization, and ERP modules, and ensuring seamless IT data exchange through API integrations and MES/PCBA manufacturing integrations. Leads planning and execution of ERP projects, tracks earned value, manages budgets and deployment of IT tools for internal and external customers, and ensures IT continuity measures. Brings hands-on experience with data warehouses, KPIs (manufacturing and engineering), data visualization tools (Power BI), and governance frameworks (SDLC/PMP). Demonstrates collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and verify ERP system enhancements and performance improvements; includes risk management, continuous improvement, and driving innovation within the project scope.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related field of study
- Three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, or related role
- Experience managing complex projects for SMT machines equipment and software and modifying or enhancing shop floor/ERP system
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies; JIRA and Confluence; Power BI; Microsoft Visio; budgeting and delivering projects within defined budgets; MRP systems; SAP/ERP or similar systems; MES integration; PCBA manufacturing knowledge; SDLC and PMP governance
