Job Summary
Lead all project phases – from tender input and planning to execution, delivery, and final reporting. Plan and execute industrial offshore projects valued between $100K and $13M+, coordinating 2-8 supervisors/technicians across Europe, ensuring quality, safety (HSE), timelines, and budgets. Serve as main client contact, provide technical input, produce monthly financial/progress reports, and mobilize equipment, materials, and personnel. Travel occasionally (approx. 2-3 days/month, max 20 days/year) primarily in Europe and Asia. Ideal candidate is a structured, solution-oriented leader with strong project management mindset, excellent communication in Danish and English, and comfort with contracts and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- +5 years of project management experience (offshore, marine or similar)
- Experience coordinating teams and managing all phases of a technical project
- Experience with contracts, stakeholders, and project execution
- Strong communication in Danish and English
- Ability to work in a dynamic project-based environment
