Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project planning, resource scheduling, and status reporting for financial software solutions from initiation through go-live. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving issues, and coordinating a team of consultants to ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Maintain project controls by monitoring budgets, managing formal change requests, and ensuring all documentation adheres to internal policies. Proactively engage internal stakeholders to improve delivery processes and embed best practices. This hands-on Digital Transformation role within a fast-paced Sage Partner environment requires ownership of multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a project management or similar delivery role
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification (or working towards one)
- Resource and Diary Management knowledge
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or other project management tool
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Commitment to self-directed learning and continuous professional development, including proactively building knowledge of the finance and accounting sector and staying current with product and solution developments relevant to our clients' needs
