Project Manager

Project Manager position for ITAC’s on-site, full-time contract role based at the client site in Wilmington, NC. Lead cross-functional teams through engineering, design, procurement, and construction to achieve defined project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget. Develop project scopes and cost estimates with the client and engineering teams; apply judgment to evaluate alternatives and deliver optimal solutions while maintaining schedule discipline. Enforce applicable project principles, practices, and guidelines to ensure efficient and safe use of resources; identify weaknesses and implement process or personnel improvements; ensure robust quality reviews (inter-discipline and constructability); manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and change orders; uphold safety standards; maintain positive client relations. Requires 10+ years’ PM/CM experience, industrial plant PM experience preferred, and a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, high-integrity team environment. This is a seconded role where ITAC employs you but you work full-time on assignment with a client, with day-to-day activities managed on-site at the Wilmington, NC location through the end of 2026.
