Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between E-Logic Inc. and Milwaukee Transport Services, overseeing day-to-day contract performance and ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements. Coordinate recruiting activities to support successful delivery of IT staffing requests while monitoring project schedules, staffing progress, and recruiting metrics. Facilitate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and client stakeholders, track open requisitions, and provide regular status updates and reports. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery, and ensure all candidate submissions meet contract requirements and quality standards. Coordinate issue resolution to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and support continuous process improvements to enhance recruiting operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience supporting staffing, recruiting, IT services, or professional services contracts
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting government, public-sector, or transportation clients
- Experience managing IT staffing or technical recruiting programs
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
