Job Summary
Lead software development, application modernization, integration, automation, and business process improvement projects across global IT and business environments. Work with stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and manage delivery expectations using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methods. Manage the full lifecycle of internally developed software, including intake, prioritization, testing, release planning, deployment, and support transition. Coordinate enterprise application implementations, manage RAID logs, and communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership. Requires 3+ years of project management experience supporting software development, ERP, MES, or systems integrations. Located at Photronics' Brookfield Headquarters with less than 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, release management, and post-production support.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, DevOps practices, release management, environment coordination, deployment controls, and ITIL principles.
- Understanding of ERP, MES, systems integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and enterprise business applications.
- Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to gather business requirements, manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across IT, business functions, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and successfully deliver projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- 3+ years of project management experience supporting software development, application modernization, enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with IT and business teams to define requirements, manage scope, resolve issues, and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Experience supporting internally developed software, ERP, MES, systems integrations, reporting, data, or workflow automation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, global operations, or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting ERP, MES, manufacturing applications, systems integrations, or internally developed business applications.
