Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & IT Security

Develop project charters, lead initiation meetings, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure and security initiatives including servers, storage, and networking upgrades. Execute solution delivery aligned with business requirements, PMI, and Agile best practices while overseeing SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phases. Identify and mitigate risks, manage change control, negotiate vendor contracts, and coordinate with stakeholders, IT section heads, and senior management. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and traceability matrices; conduct steering committee meetings, closure reviews, and post-implementation assessments. Form and lead project teams, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in project management capabilities. Located in the Middle East (onsite) with 10+ years experience required.
