Job Summary
Define, implement, and manage PMO projects for public administrations while adhering to security, quality (ISO 25010), and sustainability standards. Organize and coordinate project teams, supervise progress, and verify compliance with quality standards. Manage new applications or services, plan maintenance and user support, and update project plans based on contextual changes. Ensure cost and resource estimation, activity planning, and corrective measures for medium-to-large IT projects. The role requires a Master's degree in computer science and 10–12 years of experience in IT project governance, including cloud migration and risk management. An initial 18-month contract is offered with 70–80% remote work flexibility. Candidates must be available to relocate to Rome for necessary project meetings.

- Knowledge of open source topics regarding operating systems, application servers, web servers, db servers, CMS, portal tools, and statistical products
- Knowledge of security topics
- At least one of the following certifications: PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM Foundation or Practitioner
