Job Summary
Lead comprehensive Tier 3 and multi-national projects from quotation to delivery, coordinating teams across quotation, order entry, engineering, supply chain, and plant functions. Develop and own the project plan covering schedules, milestones, procurement strategy, financial targets, and risk management while managing critical paths and execution risks. Negotiate initial scope, change orders, progress payments, and terms with customers, local partners, and sales representatives to improve financial performance and margin uplift. Ensure realistic lead times and standard document tiers through effective communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or administration, etc.
- At least 5 years project management experience
- English and Chinese proficiency
- Good health can work under pressure and visit customer
- Occupational Health and safety acumen
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or other equivalent project management, certification preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the MS office software, and preferably ERP system (Oracle system)
- Experience in successful management of multisite, multi-country projects
- Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy
- Good team player energized and self-motivated
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy
