Job Summary
Lead implementation projects for ISCorp clients, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline targets are met within the secure private cloud environment. Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress across cross-functional teams while defining roles with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation, manage change control, and serve as the primary client contact for updates and follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to plan, test, and deploy software solutions, analyzing performance to implement efficiency improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience managing technical implementation projects in IT or software environments. Competitive salary and full benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical implementation projects in IT or software environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including: Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including: Virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, RDS, Parallels RAS)
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including: Application deployment and system integration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or other project management certification
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with ERP or large-scale enterprise application implementations
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and change management practices
- Experience with Linux or mixed-OS environments
