Job Summary
Project Manager to manage internal market research projects, coordinate virtual teams, manage project scope, timings and budget, and consult internal and external stakeholders for best practices. Communicate Global standards, workflows, and guidelines to Local Ipsos Client Service teams, Operations Teams, third-party vendors and Client Teams (local & HQ); coordinate internal (virtual) teams; act as mediator between production and internal client; find feasible solutions in various situations; perform administrative tasks related to PM details (KPIs, Projects Data Base, etc.). Requires experience in project management, strong planning/organizational/analytical skills, excellent English, stakeholder management, and familiarity with budgeting. Proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and MS Office proficiency. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sociology or Economic sciences is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree ( Marketing, Sociology or Economic sciences will be considered as a plus)
- Previous experience in managing projects (preferably in market research area or in a multinational organization )
- Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Very good English language command– both written and spoken
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Budgeting and controlling experience is a plus
- Seek for “out of the box” solutions in different situations
- Proactivity and ability to prioritize work
- Very good computer knowledge - MS Office
