Job Summary

Lead day-to-day execution of assigned projects to commercial operation, serving as the primary point of contact for EPC contractors, major suppliers, and third-party inspectors during construction. Manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and site activities to ensure safe, efficient project delivery aligned with approved plans. Maintain detailed project schedules and construction plans while tracking weekly expenditures against approved budgets and reviewing contractor invoices. Conduct routine site visits, safety observations, and progress verification, escalating safety incidents and unsafe conditions with clear documentation. Prepare accurate, timely project reports for senior leadership and lenders, identify schedule and cost risks early, and initiate change orders with technical and commercial reviews. Support commissioning, performance testing, and punch-list resolution, compiling turnover documentation for the Asset Management team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • At least three years of renewable energy construction or project management experience (IPP or EPC)
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contractor management, and site safety
  • Experience supporting change management and contract administration
  • Excellent communication, organization, and escalation judgment
