Job Summary
Project Manager to lead the Information Resource Center Administrative Support Services contract supporting the USTDA. Lead overall contract execution, serve as primary Government point of contact on performance, staffing, scheduling, and operations, oversee day-to-day administrative support services, monitor deliverables, develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, implement quality control activities, support FOIA processing and records management with NARA, monitor risks and develop mitigations, and prepare reports for Government stakeholders. Requires active SECRET clearance; Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience; PMP/CAPM/ITIL/Lean Six Sigma a plus. Contingent offers for a proposal due date; on-site work with potential travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, management, project management, information systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered where contractually allowable.
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, federal contract management, administrative operations, or program leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading a federal government contract with responsibility for contract performance, staffing, quality, and customer engagement.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, operational reporting, business process analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, quality control, performance monitoring, and compliance tracking.
- Experience supporting or overseeing administrative operations, records and document control, procurement coordination, and organizational workflow management.
- Working knowledge of FOIA processing, federal records management, and coordination with NARA is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with standard project management, collaboration, reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced federal environment.
- Ability to work independently on-site during normal business hours and move between office and event spaces as needed.
