Job Summary
Project Manager (IT) who has moved into product and now leads projects, collaborating closely with engineering, product, design, QA, and business partners. Turns product strategy into technical plans, schedules, and milestones; uses development background to identify technical challenges and interdependencies; leads agile ceremonies and helps refine backlogs with Product Owners; communicates progress and risks to technical and business audiences; drives continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team collaboration; ensures technical solutions meet product goals and deliver customer value.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on software development experience using modern practices
- Background in product ownership or similar product-centric positions
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects in agile or blended settings
- Strong grasp of software lifecycles, APIs, architectures, and constraints
- Skilled at bridging technical details and business impacts
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable in fast-moving, dynamic environments
