Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across the Ironbark Financial Group business by coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring measurable value delivery. Drive momentum through cross-functional collaboration, resolve conflicts, and navigate anticipated risks while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with broader strategy. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with impact by translating business goals into actionable plans and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic mindset that can translate business goals into actionable project plans
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with confidence
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly at all levels
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and keep everyone focused on shared outcomes
- Ability to anticipate risks and roadblocks and know how to navigate them
- Strong financial management skills, including experience managing project budgets and resources
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role (minimum 2–4 years)
- Advanced project management skills
- Strong business acumen that can align project delivery to business strategy
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills
