Job Summary
Plan and execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. Take end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from day-to-day execution management to securing necessary resources and overseeing quality control following InterSystems' customer engagement methodology. Monitor customer and third-party obligations, managing escalations related to agreed project changes while leading diverse teams. Be available for assignments requiring regular travel to customer sites (70–80% of the time). This role supports InterSystems' unified data foundation for healthcare, finance, and supply chain customers globally.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customer‐facing role, gained within public or private healthcare organizations.
- Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle, from kick‐off to execution, go‐live, and closure.
- Direct knowledge of the healthcare sector and 4+ years of experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Experience in resource management and in monitoring timelines and budgets.
- Proven ability to lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization.
- Experience managing contracts, including those involving third parties.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering).
- Be available for assignments requiring regular travel to customer sites (70–80% of the time).
- The position is based in Milan, with a hybrid work model, and can require travelling to customers' sites up to 5 days per week.
