Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope and deliverables, and devise strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead project teams to execute work in compliance with design, safety, and quality standards while overseeing daily operations, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Monitor schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with finance teams to forecast costs and ensure financial compliance. Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, providing updates, and mitigating risks through contingency planning. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success and maintain accurate documentation. Engage in travel for approximately 25%-30% of the work duration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Capable of traveling 25%-30% of the work schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects from inception to completion is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish to service the Caribbean market is a plus
