Job Summary
Direct each step of large-scale commercial flooring projects from the bid process to completion, managing project coordinators and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiencies. Work closely with designated salespersons to calculate and submit customer proposals within required timelines while managing internal and external expectations. Coordinate critical schedule paths with all necessary personnel and communicate proactively with field superintendents and labor managers regarding customer requirements and installation details. Update sales, operations, and accounting departments on job status and monitor customer satisfaction throughout the process and at completion. Full-time, Monday through Friday, in-office position at $30–$36/hour. InteriorWorx Commercial Flooring serves education, healthcare, hospitality, financial institutions, and municipalities across the Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in construction related project management
- Great attention to detail, time sensitivity, and efficient follow up
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, versatility, and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Balance and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to different software platforms
- MS Office 365 required
- Must be self-managed and directed as well as a cooperative member of the team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in RFMS or JobRunner a plus
- Knowledge of commercial flooring materials and processes is a plus (not required)
