Job Summary
Project Manager to lead mid- to large-scale education/public-sector architectural projects from initial planning through project closeout; direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure design intent and quality of construction; drive proposals, client engagement, and successful project delivery while balancing scope, schedule, and budget; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, architectural licensure, and 10–12 years of professional experience with strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills; focus on educational environments and public works projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- Architectural licensure required
- Minimum of 10-12 years of professional architectural experience
- Experience managing public projects
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, vendors, and project teams
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
