Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design, documentation, and construction for complex, mid- to large-scale education-focused projects; direct projects from early visioning through construction administration and closeout while ensuring continuity of design intent and quality of construction; coordinate consultants across multiple disciplines; facilitate communication with clients, regulators, and internal teams; mentor and develop team members; contribute to winning work through proposals and client engagement; demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills to deliver high-quality educational environments that serve communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited program
- Architectural licensure required
- Minimum of 10-12 years of professional architectural experience
- Experience managing public projects
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, vendors, and project teams
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
