Job Summary
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables for complex, multi-year programs focused on organizational transformation and infrastructure initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts while coordinating stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making processes. Maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers, and executive dashboards to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of contractual deliverables. Identify issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions. Support client relationship management and executive communications. Requires 10+ years of experience, PMP certification, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- 10+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience leading PMOs, transformation initiatives, government programs, or infrastructure-related projects preferred
- PgMP
- PRINCE2
- Lean Six Sigma
- Change Management certification
