Job Summary
Run delivery for the North America EHR integration roadmap, tracking builds from scoping through go-live for EPIC, Oracle Health, WELL Health, and specialty-specific systems. Own the milestone plan with defensible dates, actively reprioritizing around reliability and build demands while coordinating between Customer Success and integrations engineering. Triage incoming requirements and incidents, route them to engineers, and close the loop back to CS. Be accountable for delivery through the integration stage-gate process, ensuring documentation, sign-off, and enablement materials align with commercial teams. Surface blockers early regarding technical, resourcing, or vendor-side issues and maintain reporting to steer data-led decisions on reliability and delivery health. Manage vendor and EHR-partner relationships from initial scoping through certification and launch.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a project or program management role
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales or customer success
Desired Qualifications
- prior exposure to EHR/EMR ecosystems, FHIR, HL7, or health system IT procurement cycles
