Job Summary
Support planning and execution of legal entity rationalization initiatives across regions, coordinating tasks, timelines, and dependencies in alignment with the overall project plan; track progress with governance artifacts (plans, status reports, risks, issue logs, action trackers); collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, HR, Compliance, and local operations to standardize processes and governance (RACI, checklists, lessons learned); capture, analyze, and report data on milestones and execution status; contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and standardizing templates, playbooks, and execution practices; prepare project updates and materials for governance reviews and leadership discussions; travel up to 10% and support a repeatable Legal Entity Rationalization model and integration playbook content.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Transition Management, or related operational roles
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Working knowledge of basic project management tools, methods, and reporting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL
