Job Summary
Scope, estimate, and plan projects while personally installing, configuring, and commissioning industrial coding and automation equipment at customer sites. Conduct on-site testing, fault finding, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, then deliver operator and maintenance training to clients and field service engineers. Lead User Acceptance Testing to verify system functionality meets requirements, ensuring technically sound outcomes focused on safety and customer satisfaction. This full-time role reports to the National Project Manager in Knoxfield. Insignia is a leading national distributor of industrial labelling and coding equipment with over 50 years' experience in the Australian packaging market.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in integrated electro/mechanical systems
- 3+ years hardware installation and software commissioning
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- ERP experience
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- All applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia
