Job Summary
Welltower is seeking a Project Manager, Inspector who will provide independent field-based oversight for high value/risk Capital Expenditure and Redevelopment projects. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, auditing project plans and schedules, validating workmanship and materials, and identifying trends to enhance program efficiency. The role requires a High School Diploma and 5 years of project management experience in the seniors housing or multi-family sectors. Required Qualifications
