Job Summary
Manage projects from award through site acceptance by defining scope, developing resource and budget plans, and allocating tasks to meet milestones and deadlines. Coordinate with vendors, identify risks, and supervise staff while managing communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, perform quality control, and track performance using KPIs and metrics. Maintain project documents and tools, communicate with leadership to align goals, and support internal R&D initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in a design-build manufacturing environment as a project manager
- Professional Project Management Certification
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Experienced user with Microsoft Office (MS Project, Smartsheet, Dynamics, etc.)
- Experienced with use of SharePoint
