Job Summary
Remote-first Project Manager responsible for delivering EPC-based electric utility capital projects across multiple regions. Serve as the Owner’s Representative, coordinating EPC contractors from design through commissioning, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Requires EPC experience (as an EPC lead firm, contractor, or owner’s representative) and multi-state travel (~25%). Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience with high school diploma) and 5+ years PM experience; PMP preferred. Regions include Southwest, Mountain West, and Upper Midwest with travel to TX, NM, CO, WI, MN, ND, SD; role is remote-first with regular site travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience on capital infrastructure projects with direct hands-on involvement in EPC-delivered work
- Experience managing external contractors and vendors across project phases including design, procurement, and construction
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned operating region; travel ~25%
- Proficiency with project management tools for scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by vehicle/airplane within service territory
