Job Summary
Develop, manage, and execute project work plans from order intake through pre-commissioning and contractual handover, adjusting schedules to align with customer requirements and business objectives. Lead complex power generation and oilfield equipment projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, procurement, and stakeholder communication while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to assess risks, negotiate change orders, and identify expansion opportunities, maintaining financial integrity through accurate revenue recognition and reporting. Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure compliance with QHSE standards, mentoring team members to drive continuous process improvements. Some overtime may be required based on project demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- min. 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the power generation, oil & gas, or industrial equipment sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive and manage change in a dynamic environment
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and Oracle ERP systems
- Office-based with occasional site visits as required
- Manual dexterity required for computer use and office tasks
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Some overtime may be required based on project demands
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory
