Job Summary
Project Manager at Inizio Evoke, fully remote in Eastern Time, drives end-to-end marketing projects by coordinating with strategic, creative, technology, and operations teams. Leads budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and milestone development; develops and presents status updates and demonstrates process improvements. Requires experience with MS Project or Smartsheets and Excel, track record of managing $1.5M–$2.5M projects, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a marketing/agency or pharmaceutical setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with account services and finance, client-facing calls, and delivering on-time, on-budget project execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with creative teams
- Experience in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical marketing setting
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines
- Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheets and Excel
- Ability to build detailed project schedules, milestones, and status updates
- Strong cross-functional leadership and vendor/agency partner management
- Ability to develop hour estimates and budgets for projects
- Ability to interact with account services and finance for budgetary solutions
- Experience managing projects in the range of $1.5M to $2.5M
- Strong communication and client-facing status reporting
