Job Summary
Lead project planning and implementation using Agile/Scrum methodologies, organizing ceremonies like Daily Standups and Sprint Planning. Collaborate with product owners and developers to define scope, deliverables, and timelines while managing detailed plans, budgets, and Jira tracking. Identify risks, mitigate issues, and monitor team performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management, fostering alignment on goals and driving continuous improvement in processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus
- PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus
