Job Summary
End-to-end management of initiatives, from feasibility through to implementation and post-launch review; lead project planning with scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation; coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, external partners); develop business cases and project plans; facilitate governance forums; manage risks, issues, and dependencies; oversee trial and launch readiness; drive transitions and changes in line with timelines; identify opportunities for continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce complexity; ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects; support facility and site requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification at bachelor’s level or equivalent
- Formal project management training or certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) highly regarded
