Job Summary
Project Manager for the STaR infrastructure program at CRS Nigeria. Lead technical, budget management, monitoring and reporting across the project lifecycle; supervise technical staff, site supervisors, and contractors; ensure learning and MEAL integration; strengthen partnerships with government MDAs, contractors, and local partners; coordinate financial and HR resources, ensure quality infrastructure delivery, and support donor reporting. Requires experience in grant management or infrastructure-related grants, strong relationship management, proposal and technical reporting abilities, and ability to travel up to 60% within Nigeria. Languages include English required, Hausa strongly preferred. Office location centers around Adamawa, Nigeria, with travel to partner sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Diploma/experience in project management for infrastructure or construction advisable
- Travel willingness up to 60%
- Strong written and oral communication in English; Hausa strongly preferred
