Job Summary
Prepare reports and presentations, update clients on project progress through writing and meetings, and conduct research and analysis to solve big challenges facing infrastructure and property clients. Support capital project delivery by working closely with stakeholders across sectors like energy, transport, and defence to help governments build resilient communities. Draft clear insights, manage multiple priorities, and engage with experts to shape solutions for Australia's most critical public sector initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience supporting the planning and delivery of capital and infrastructure projects
- Public sector exposure
- Approximately 3 to 8 years of experience in project management roles
- Exposure to infrastructure, government, or related industries
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a similar discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft clear reports
- Ability to translate complex data into simple insights
- Ability to confidently engage with clients and team members
- Proven ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to deliver high-quality work to deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proactive interest in business development
- Willingness to support proposal writing
- Willingness to research market opportunities
- Willingness to help build strong client relationships
- Valid Commonwealth security clearance or the ability to obtain a Commonwealth security clearance
